GO Sport optimises website navigation with Mopinion feedback

GO Sport, founded in the French Alps after the 1970s Grenoble Olympics and now a leading French sports retailer owned by Rallye, put customer relations and experience at the center of its strategy. To better understand online shoppers and optimize website navigation and NPS, the company launched an online Voice of the Customer program to gather direct user feedback.

GO Sport implemented the Mopinion feedback platform for its intuitive interface, analytics, survey personalization, data grouping and easy integrations (including Slack). Mopinion enabled the team to collect and analyze visitor feedback, surface actionable insights on navigation, product information and offers, and continuously refine the e‑commerce experience to get closer to customers and support improved website NPS.
