Atrify measures all-round customer satisfaction with customer feedback

atrify, a Cologne-based provider of a cloud platform for product content used by over 20,000 companies in 50+ countries, needed a direct way to collect user feedback to improve UX and validate new features — they had not previously captured online feedback. Product owner Daniel Haupt led the effort to embed a simple, company-wide feedback channel to understand sentiment and surface issues across the application.

atrify deployed Mopinion in early 2020, using bipolar thumbs-up/thumbs-down surveys, 1–5 star ratings for new features, follow-up questions, and targeted phone interviews for negative responses. Alerts and biweekly reviews with the UX team turned responses into actionable insights: the newly rebuilt nutrient editor was validated as successful, usability issues were identified and resolved, and atrify now plans to collect feedback across all major features to continuously improve the product.
