Astore, part of the Accor Group, is a leading hospitality procurement organization that needed a better way to understand customer needs and improve the Astore Shop experience. Their challenge was collecting enough useful feedback on product performance and stock availability, since email surveys were generating too few responses. Astore turned to Mopinion and its online survey and feedback forms to gather insights directly from users.

Using Mopinion, Astore implemented in-product surveys after orders and also used pop-up notifications to share maintenance messages more easily across multiple websites. The feedback helped Astore justify new features and shape its roadmap, including a stock notification feature requested by customers. Mopinion made it easier to deploy forms and messages, reduced manual work, and supported improvements that were expected to raise customer satisfaction, with requests from 200 hotels cited as evidence for prioritizing new functionality.
