Allianz unlocks key to conversion optimisation with customer feedback

Allianz, part of one of the world’s largest financial services groups, needed a better way to understand and improve its online customer journey as more business shifted to digital channels. Using Mopinion’s customer feedback tools, the company wanted to identify friction points across its website and conversion paths, especially where traditional feedback processes were too slow and inefficient.

Mopinion helped Allianz implement both passive website feedback and active exit surveys, giving teams the flexibility to manage forms in-house and quickly spot issues. This led to a major fix on a mobile insurance flow that had been causing drop-offs: conversion increased from 0.48% to 3.50%, generating more than €900,000 in additional premium turnover.
