MoovOne supports Lacoste in the development of the collective intelligence

Lacoste, the global casual-luxury brand with over 1,200 stores and 10,000 employees, wanted to help top managers and international leaders learn from each other, share best practices and create more consistency across cultures and managerial practices. To do this it partnered with MoovOne and rolled out Train&Dev, an online co-development–inspired program to foster collective intelligence across the group.

MoovOne implemented Train&Dev with HR managers first, organizing groups of four to five colleagues who met monthly by videoconference for six months to discuss common issues and share practices. The program changed individual behaviors, created lasting professional communities, broke silos and produced internal advocates in other business units; 98% of participants were very satisfied with the approach and 97% were very satisfied with the insight of their peers.
