MoovOne provides coaching to female talent at Nexans to promote diversity and equality within the Group

Nexans, a global leader in cabling and connectivity, faced low female representation among its top leaders (about 15% of the top 100). To build a stronger pipeline and promote gender parity through its Women in Nexans (WiN) initiative, Nexans engaged MoovOne and its online executive coaching platform to develop leadership skills and career progression for high‑potential women.

MoovOne delivered a digital coaching program as part of WiN’s leadership pipeline—starting with a pilot and then scaling to talents and high potentials—offering flexible, global coaching in participants’ native languages and occasional coaching for managers. The program drove strong results: 88% of participants reached their coaching goals, 100% recommend their coach, and overall satisfaction was 4.44/5, demonstrating MoovOne’s measurable impact at Group level.
