Umanis, a digital services firm with 20 offices and 3,000 employees, faced urgent operational challenges during the Covid‑19 crisis—shifting to remote work, maintaining quality relationships, supporting performance and unifying teams while reinventing customer relations. As a long‑standing partner, Umanis turned to MoovOne and its digital coaching platform (individual coaching and newly introduced group coaching) to quickly surface pragmatic, short‑term solutions while continuing its broader HR development work.
MoovOne digitized Umanis’ coaching offering (eight one‑hour individual sessions with manager involvement) and launched group coaching to address pandemic‑driven needs. Since 2018 MoovOne has coached 60 Umanis employees with 11 dedicated coaches, delivered a 97% satisfaction rate, reduced commuting and associated carbon footprint through remote delivery, and produced measurable gains in confidence, collaboration and stress management reported by participants and line managers.
