How Groupe PSA incorporates coaching into its efforts to encourage leadership development and transformation

PSA Group faced the challenge of accelerating leadership development and supporting employees through a broader transformation. As part of its digital transformation and the Groupe PSA University initiative, PSA Group engaged MoovOne to provide a global digital coaching solution (individual e-coaching and collective programmes) to complement its leadership courses and make coaching accessible across locations.

MoovOne delivered flexible video-based coaching with participants setting clear objectives with managers and coaches and meeting every 2–3 weeks to embed new behaviors. The programme drove measurable impact: 100% of participants reported improved performance, 97% implemented their action plans, 83% developed an additional skill, and 98% were very satisfied with MoovOne’s coaches, who helped boost confidence and change ways of working.
