How Engie GBS strenghtened managerial practices to support the transformation of the Group’s business units thanks to MoovOne

Engie GBS, the Business Unit that provides functional support across the Engie group, faced rising demands from digitalization, remote work and broad IT and process transformations and needed to strengthen managerial practices to support the change. To homogenize management development and empower teams, Engie launched its “Management 3.0” program and selected MoovOne’s digital coaching solution (Train&Coach) for its simplicity, quality and cost.

MoovOne delivered individual digital coaching (8 sessions plus a DISC profile) that helped managers adopt concrete practices across three dimensions—Pilot, Leader and Coach—with involvement from line managers and flexible videoconference booking. About 50 managers have completed the program so far; 100% of participants reported satisfaction with the Train&Coach program and the platform, and 92.8% said they made significant progress on their goals. MoovOne’s approach is now being considered for non-managers and for a collective rollout to the 200-manager community.
