Euler Hermes supports their HRBPs with MoovOne’s digital coaching courses

Euler Hermes, part of the Allianz group and the world leader in trade credit insurance, needed to scale up the strategic role of its HR Business Partners (HRBPs) by developing key behavioural and situational (soft) skills across a geographically and culturally diverse team. To meet this challenge, Euler Hermes engaged MoovOne to provide a scalable, digital coaching solution for HRBPs distributed worldwide.

MoovOne delivered a six-session coaching course via videoconference focused on six priority skills (Impact & Leadership, Strategic Vision, Coaching Attitude, Motivating Communities, Innovation & Creativity, Active Listening & Communication), letting each participant choose 1–2 areas to develop. The programme reached the HRBP population (about 37 participants across 19 nationalities, in 10 languages and 20 cities) during 2020, achieved 100% participant satisfaction and 100% coach recommendation, supported HRBPs through the COVID-19 crisis, and is being extended with a collective coaching initiative — all delivered by MoovOne.
