Chloé provides MoovOne’s digital coaching to its various departments empowering its people to learn in the flow of work

Chloe is a French luxury fashion house (founded 1952, ~1,200 employees, part of Richemont) that sought a more effective Learning & Development approach after short training modules failed to drive lasting change. Chloe turned to MoovOne and implemented MoovOne’s digital executive coaching solution to embed learning in the flow of work and better support managers across its global teams.

MoovOne rolled out a “Performance Development” program in May 2019 across Ready-to-Wear, Accessories, HR and Supply Chain, focusing on management, career development, communication, stress and work–life balance. Participants chose coaches, followed sessions on MoovOne’s platform, and completed progress assessments; the program achieved 100% participant satisfaction, 100% recommendation rate and 100% positive coach relationships, and MoovOne is being positioned as a core offering in Chloe’s training catalogue.
