CA Indosuez unleashes the potential of its managers with digital coaching for all seniority levels

CA Indosuez, the global wealth-management arm of Crédit Agricole managing €128 billion and 3,060 employees, needed targeted soft‑skills development for new managers and a flexible, global approach to overcome cultural resistance to coaching. In 2017 it engaged MoovOne to deliver digital coaching solutions (initially a Train & Coach format) to provide personalised, scalable support for managers at all seniority levels.

MoovOne implemented individual Train & Coach programmes (DISC profile, learning resources and eight coaching sessions), then expanded to experienced‑manager coaching and a Train & Dev co‑development format to address hybrid management and siloed working. The programmes produced company‑wide benefits—better stress management, confidence, communication and collaboration—with 100% of participants satisfied and 75% making measurable progress toward their objectives; MoovOne’s digital model is now being rolled out more widely across CA Indosuez.
