Believe, one of the world’s leading digital music companies with 1,270 employees in 50+ countries, faced hypergrowth and the need to scale consistent onboarding, manager development and talent retention across multicultural teams. To address this, Believe partnered with MoovOne to introduce digital coaching as a core part of its Learning & Development strategy.

MoovOne implemented a customizable, measurable coaching programme for managers that uses 360° feedback, debriefs, four individual digital coaching sessions, thematic training modules and monthly co‑development sessions; since launching in September 2020 more than 170 employees have been coached, with 100% participant satisfaction, 100% recommending the MoovOne approach and 75% of managers reporting benefits—helping Believe strengthen integration, manager skills and retention.
