SkillClash, Gamezop’s web-first real-money gaming destination, needed to stand out in India’s crowded casual gaming market by better engaging and retaining users. Faced with a large game catalog that required 2–5 push campaigns a day and issues with push delivery and dormant-user reactivation, SkillClash turned to MoEngage for its segmentation, Push Amplification®, and retention-analysis capabilities to personalize communications and streamline outbound operations.
