RentoMojo, a leading home-furnishing rental service in India, faced falling conversions and poor email deliverability while trying to deliver more personalized product experiences. The brand needed better automation and contextual messaging based on user purchase history and cycles, so they partnered with MoEngage and adopted MoEngage’s Dynamic Product Messaging (DPM), Flows, and Email Consulting services to address these gaps.
MoEngage implemented a customized email warm-up and audit, then used Flows, DPM and social connectors to send personalized push, email and social campaigns (cart recovery, upsell/cross-sell, renewal reminders). The result: a 20% increase in purchase rate, email deliverability improved to ~80% with 95% of emails reaching Gmail’s Primary tab, a 7.24% lift in user engagement and campaign CTRs around 14.05%.
