Publishers Clearing House, a digital-first, free-to-play entertainment company with multiple gaming apps, needed a single engagement platform to improve retention, conversions, CTR and to re-engage dormant users ahead of its Superprize season. They partnered with MoEngage to leverage AI-driven prediction capabilities, cross-channel messaging and testing to create personalized flows for different customer tiers.

MoEngage’s predictions, A/B testing, segmentation, push and in-app campaigns reactivated over 30,000 dormant PCH+ users (3.93% overall conversion), helped PCH hit its highest in‑app DAU during the Superprize, and drove measurable lift: 23% boost in DAUs during the TV event, 58% average in‑app CTR and 93% average CVR for flows.
