Cocomelody, a U.S. bridalwear brand known for omnichannel retail and unique services like Try at Home and Material Swatches, faced steep user drop-offs, stagnant ad conversion rates, and a lack of unified analytics and personalization. MoEngage used its Analytics, Flows, and Dynamic Product Messaging to segment users, promote economical categories (Try at Home and Fabric Swatches), and run timed, multi-channel journeys and upsell reminders. The work delivered measurable gains for Cocomelody: 30% more sales under Try at Home, a 27% increase in repurchase rate, a 69% boost in ROAS, a 5% higher CVR overall, a 14% CVR for the Try at Home campaign, and 18–20% CTRs on upsell campaigns — all enabled by MoEngage’s platform.
