NOVA Entertainment Boosts Loyalty with Listeners via an Insights-led Approach to Engagement

NOVA Entertainment, Australia’s high-reaching broadcast and on-demand audio network, needed a modern customer engagement platform to replace a limited legacy tool and to turn listener data into actionable insights. They selected MoEngage as their CEP—integrated with their mParticle CDP and using the MoEngage SDK and email capabilities—to enable multichannel engagement, easier campaign execution, and better measurement for product, marketing and commercial teams.

MoEngage implemented omnichannel campaigns, automated journeys and real-time personalization (email, push, SMS) with a bi-directional mParticle integration, going live with email in 10 weeks and mobile channels in a further 4 weeks. As a result, NOVA saw a 17% lift in general mobile app activity (session starts and ends), a 5% increase in in-app listening, and campaign-level results of 438.36K impressions, 5.20K clicks and 1.66K conversions, while achieving faster, more targeted campaign execution.
