NOICE, an Indonesian multi-vertical audio platform and the country’s largest podcast network, faced inconsistent, manual engagement efforts that limited re‑engagement and retention—critical for keeping listeners coming back at least four times a week. To solve this, NOICE selected MoEngage as its customer engagement platform, integrating it with Amplitude and employing MoEngage’s Customer Journey Orchestration, Smart Triggers, and Uninstall Analytics.
MoEngage implemented a 7‑day automated onboarding flow, event‑based smart triggers across push/in‑app/email/SMS, and user‑level uninstall analytics to proactively recover at‑risk listeners. The result: a 34% quarterly increase in DAUs, 21% increase in MAUs, a 20% quarter‑on‑quarter reduction in uninstalls, and a 3% improvement in app stickiness from personalized triggers—while reducing manual campaign effort through MoEngage’s automation and insights.
