MySyara, an on-demand car care and technology company headquartered in Dubai with operations in the UAE and Kerala, faced low engagement because its internal tools and manual processes lacked segmentation and channel insights. MySyara partnered with MoEngage to address scheduling and targeting limitations and to better up‑sell services using MoEngage features like Customer Journey Orchestration, push notifications, email campaigns and RFM segmentation.
MoEngage implemented segmented push and email campaigns, location- and behavior-based audiences, and RFM-driven flows (for example, an email→push flow offering a free interior wash). The results included a 3X increase in conversions for segmented push campaigns versus general pushes, a 98.3% push delivery rate with ~1.22% CTR, a 32.48% open rate on a 14K retargeting email send, 12.62% conversions on abandoned-cart RFM flows, and a ~5% uplift in email open rates—demonstrating MoEngage’s measurable impact.
