MFast, a tech-enabled agent banking network in Southeast Asia, faced low onboarding completion and engagement as new agents needed to finish e-KYC and generate income to see the app’s value. To complement acquisition data from AppsFlyer, MFast selected MoEngage and its all-in-one omnichannel customer engagement platform (Customer Journey Orchestration, in-app communications, mobile push) to streamline engagement and replace multiple point solutions.
MoEngage implemented automated onboarding flows (four onboarding emails), targeted push reminders, personalized in-app messages and AI-driven analytics to identify drop-offs and optimize messaging, while its drag-and-drop editor and local support reduced dependency on product and design teams. The result: a 44% increase in DAUs, 39% increase in MAUs, 2.5x improvement in stickiness versus the regional benchmark, 38% higher conversions and 29% more new customers.
