LivWell, a blockchain-based gamified insurtech and health engagement app focused on Gen‑Z in Vietnam and India, needed a more scientific, insights-driven way to understand customer preferences, improve engagement across partner campaigns, and upsell bite-size insurance. To address this, LivWell onboarded MoEngage’s insights-led customer engagement platform (with implementation support from Springwood) to enable behavioral analysis, actionable segmentation, and automated cross-channel journeys.
Using MoEngage, LivWell created precise cohorts and end-to-end flows for onboarding, retention and win‑back, and personalized push/in‑app/email campaigns. The results were measurable: an event‑triggered onboarding flow converted at 53.27% (2.5× industry benchmark), flow‑enabled win‑back campaigns converted at 10.68%, partner in‑app campaigns saw a 29.11% CTR and 27.54% conversion, and partner emails achieved a 42.34% open rate with 16.15% conversion—driving higher app return rates and insurance adoption through MoEngage’s segmentation and orchestration.
