Jimmy Brings, Australia’s largest on-demand alcohol delivery service, needed an insights-led engagement platform to lift open, click-through and conversion rates and retain customers with timely, personalized content. Using MoEngage’s segmentation and automated journey flows—plus targeted push, email and seasonal campaigns—Jimmy Brings delivered more relevant messages at the right time, driving a 2.6x increase in revenue, a 2x rise in new customers and 34.8% growth in DAUs, along with a 12% lift in CVR, 9.5% higher CTR and a 7% improvement in product stickiness (with BTS uplifts of ~44.7% CTR and ~53.4% CVR).
