FabHotels, a new‑age budget hotel chain serving over 1 million customers across 50+ cities in India, faced a collapsing domain reputation that caused most promotional emails to land in customers’ Spam folders despite daily campaigns. To resolve deliverability and scale their email program, FabHotels engaged MoEngage, using MoEngage Email Consulting and MoEngage Email Campaigns.

MoEngage ran an end-to-end audit and rebuilt FabHotels’ domain reputation with micro-segmentation, send-time optimization and email throttling, plus content and infrastructure fixes (image hosting, copy/design and link reduction). The changes drove a ~90% improvement in inbox placement, scaled daily email volume 3X (with a reported 10X increase in sent count) and dramatically lifted open rates (up to ~90%), enabling FabHotels to reliably reach millions of customers through MoEngage’s platform and consulting.
