MoEngage implemented omnichannel, behavior‑driven flows and interactive in‑app and WhatsApp conversations, driving measurable results: a 93.42% retention rate, a 34.93% conversion rate from Flow campaigns (24% uplift vs. benchmark), 146% uplift in in‑app conversions, and 20% higher WhatsApp delivery rates over the benchmark—alongside large increases in MAUs—demonstrating strong improvements in retention and conversion.
