How Segari Delivers 20% Boost in WhatsApp Performance over Benchmarks

Segari, an Indonesian e-grocery startup founded in 2020, faced below‑benchmark engagement, high cart abandonment and ineffective communication channels that hurt conversions. To address these challenges, Segari partnered with MoEngage and used MoEngage Flows, WhatsApp, in-app messaging and customer journey orchestration to better map customer drop-offs and personalize engagement.
