How Outback Personalized Engagement Campaigns Using MoEngage Insights

Outback Steakhouse Brazil (Outback) — a 155‑restaurant chain across more than 60 Brazilian cities — shifted to a digital‑first marketing strategy and needed a consistent mobile app experience, deeper insight into customer behavior, and more relevant, personalized communications.
