Waynimóvil, an Argentina-based digital financial services brand serving over 100,000 customers, needed to reduce drop-off across its multi-step micro-loan onboarding funnel and get more users from landing on the website to submitting KYC and receiving loans. To tackle this, Waynimóvil partnered with MoEngage, deploying MoEngage Flows along with attribute-based personalization, Email and SMS to target users who had pre-approved offers but hadn’t completed the process.
MoEngage implemented automated, personalized multi-channel journeys with inclusion/exclusion rules, CTAs, and a holistic analytics dashboard to identify friction points and optimal engagement times. The MoEngage solution helped optimize Steps 1–8 of the funnel and delivered measurable impact: a 2.5x increase in loans issued in one year and a 31.1% uplift in overall conversion from initial visit to application progress, alongside strong messaging performance (delivery ~97.8%, high open/CTR and conversion rates).
