To address this, Mamaearth partnered with MoEngage, leveraging MoEngage’s Push Amplification® Plus and customer‑journey orchestration to improve reachability and enable hyper‑personalized post‑purchase communications.
MoEngage implemented Push Amplification® Plus and built post‑purchase journeys with personalized push, carousel and timer notifications, lifting push delivery from ~26% to 80%+ (a 219% uplift) and driving a 26% increase in repeat customers. The campaigns also produced strong engagement gains — +90% CTR for stylized pushes with CTAs, +50% for personalized carousel pushes and +40% for timer pushes — and contributed to a measurable uplift in CLTV for Mamaearth.
