Fave Group, one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing O2O platforms (Fave, KFit, Groupon Indonesia/Malaysia/Singapore), needed to onboard new users, drive first purchases, and increase repeat buying to lift customer lifetime value. To solve this challenge Fave Group partnered with MoEngage and deployed MoEngage Flows (lifecycle campaigns) to automate multi-channel journeys for onboarding and re-engagement.
MoEngage built automated Flows that detect users who signed up but haven’t purchased and send timed push notifications and SMS (e.g., T+3, T+6, T+12), plus re-engagement push sequences for existing customers, with real-time conversion tracking. Using MoEngage Flows, Fave Group achieved a 15% increase in first-purchase transactions and doubled customer lifetime value (2X LTV).
