Empiricus, Brazil’s largest financial publisher with 450K+ subscribers and 1M monthly readers, faced low engagement and early churn among free new app customers who struggled to extract value from onboarding content. To address this, Empiricus partnered with MoEngage and leveraged MoEngage’s insights-led engagement platform and Flows journey orchestration to redesign the onboarding experience.
