How Customer Centricity is the Key to Growth Strategy

Logivan, a Vietnam-based logistics startup, needed to scale acquisition, retention and brand visibility among truck drivers and shippers while improving customer experience. MoEngage used its Customer Spotlight blog to showcase Logivan’s customer-centric tactics—roadshow events for drivers, low-cost branded truck stickers, hands-on field trips and internal customer-scoring—helping spread those best practices. Logivan’s approach produced measurable results: 1,100 drivers onboarded at events, nearly 50,000 trucks fitted with Logivan stickers (about 5% of trucks in Vietnam), and earlier growth to roughly 13,500 shippers and 26,000 truckers—outcomes the MoEngage feature helped amplify.
