Adda247, one of India’s largest vernacular learning platforms, faced the challenge of maintaining engagement and revenue growth in a turbulent ed‑tech market while serving 35+ million MAUs. To strengthen retention and personalization efforts, Adda247 partnered with MoEngage and its customer engagement platform, leveraging channels such as email (Content API), in‑app messaging, and mobile push.

MoEngage implemented personalized Content API email campaigns, contextually targeted in‑app messages, and a variety of stylized push notifications (including carousel and progress‑bar templates). The results included a 1.69% email CTR and a 60% quarter‑on‑quarter revenue uplift from email, ~8% conversion rates and a 16% Q‑o‑Q revenue uplift from in‑app campaigns, and 939,000 push impressions with a 13% Q‑o‑Q revenue increase—demonstrating clear gains in engagement, conversions, and monetization driven by MoEngage.
