Franki, an all‑in‑one platform that connects businesses with local communities through user‑generated video experiences, was revamping its app and needed to increase sign‑ups, optimize engagement across the customer journey, and improve retention while finding a technology partner to lead product and marketing strategy. Franki partnered with MoEngage to address these goals.

Using MoEngage’s automation, personalization and its Engage and Predict features (including Predictions for Flows), Franki built targeted campaigns and customer journeys to re‑engage users and optimize video‑posted flows. The MoEngage solution lifted average session duration from 1 min 25 sec to 7 min 8 sec (+524%), increased retention from 1% to 13% (up 12 percentage points), and drove conversions on prediction‑based video flows to as high as 13% — a 225% uplift versus the 4–5% average.
