Country Delight Scales DAU by 2.5X Using MoEngage Customer Engagement Platform

Country Delight, a farm-fresh milk and essentials delivery app, faced heavy funnel drop-off after a surge in pandemic-driven traffic — users were installing the app but not signing up, signing up but not viewing products, or viewing products but not subscribing. To address this, Country Delight partnered with MoEngage and adopted the MoEngage Customer Engagement Platform (including MoEngage Flows) to build a behavior-driven, omnichannel engagement strategy.

Using MoEngage, the team deployed workflow-based push and SMS campaigns (new-user flows, time-critical delivery-slot alerts, and cross-sell journeys) with a ~71% push delivery rate and 6–7 active campaigns. MoEngage’s solution helped scale engagement and personalization, driving a 2.5X increase in DAUs, a 500,000 month-on-month jump in MAUs, 50% existing-user retention, and a 20% improvement in conversion rate.
