MoEngage's solution involved using on-site messaging on Bisleri's website to create a sense of FOMO with exclusive app discounts, successfully redirecting users to download the app. The vendor also utilized its Flows feature to automate high-volume email and push notification campaigns to nurture customers. As a result, Bisleri achieved a 1.2% conversion rate from its on-site campaigns, observed email delivery rates of 98% and open rates of 25-30%, and significantly improved customer retention across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
