Zeta, a next‑gen banking technology company, needed a robust, compliant notification system to deliver real‑time, omnichannel transactional messages at scale without diverting engineering resources from core roadmap work. To meet requirements for multi‑channel delivery (Push, SMS, Email), global performance, auditability and rich analytics, Zeta partnered with MoEngage using the MoEngage Inform product to power its Luminos Notifications execution layer.
MoEngage Inform provided a unified API and ready‑to‑deploy delivery stack that enabled Zeta to send sub‑2‑second transactional notifications, support ~130K MAU and ~0.8M alerts per month (≈9.6M per year), and address 45+ messaging use cases including fraud alerts, card activation and dispute updates. MoEngage’s solution reduced Zeta’s engineering overhead, allowed adding channels or vendors in minutes, and delivered detailed delivery and engagement analytics while handling 433 critical alerts and multi‑channel routing for 29 alerts.
