Pocket FM, a leading audio entertainment platform that now includes Pocket Novel, Pocket Toons and Pocket TV, faced explosive user growth and needed to scale engagement, deepen personalization for millions of users, expand omnichannel communications, and speed up campaign execution. To meet these challenges, Pocket FM partnered with MoEngage and adopted its customer data and engagement platform (including Push Notifications, Dynamic Product Messaging, Custom Segments, Journey Orchestration and analytics).

MoEngage integrated Pocket FM’s analytics with near-real-time data flows and enabled omnichannel outreach (push, email, WhatsApp, in‑app, with SMS/RCS in progress), hyper-personalized recommendations via DPM, and centralized campaign orchestration. As a result, Pocket FM scaled MAUs from ~7–8M to 24–25M (3X+ growth), sustained an 85% push delivery rate, increased CTRs by ~20% for regional users, reduced campaign launch time from days to minutes, and consolidated engagement across four business units — all achieved with MoEngage.
