Xcite by Alghanim, Kuwait’s leading multi‑brand electronics retailer serving over 3.5 million customers across 45 stores and digital channels, needed a unified customer lifecycle engine, deeper segmentation and personalization at scale, and a single customer profile to reduce drop-offs and drive revenue. To meet these goals they partnered with MoEngage and adopted MoEngage’s Customer Data and Engagement Platform (CDEP), along with Merlin AI and omnichannel messaging (email, push, in‑app) to centralize data and enable smarter automation.
MoEngage implemented unified customer profiles, AI‑led segmentation, journey orchestration (Flows) and generative content support (Merlin AI) to automate targeted campaigns and hyper‑personalized recommendations. The results: CRM revenue share rose from 8% to 25% (~212% uplift), Average Revenue Per User increased 175%, conversions per user grew 224% YoY, the top‑spending segment grew 40%, and content creation time fell 60% as processes shrank from five steps to two — all delivered through MoEngage.
