The ENTERTAINER, the region’s leading lifestyle savings app and largest provider of buy-one-get-one offers across the GCC, needed to maximize the impact of its Visa partnership by driving activations and redemptions, personalizing offers across diverse customer cohorts, and improving campaign efficiency and user retention. To meet ambitious growth targets set with Visa, The ENTERTAINER turned to MoEngage and its Customer Data and Engagement Platform (including Merlin AI, Omnichannel Flows, push, email and in‑app messaging) to orchestrate lifecycle personalization, hyper-local segmentation and behavior-driven journeys.
MoEngage implemented multi-layered segmentation, AI-generated creative and timed omnichannel flows to re-engage dormant users, personalize onboarding, and scale monthly thematic campaigns. The results include AED 5.4 million in estimated savings for Visa cardholders, roughly AED 13 million in Visa card spend, a 45% uplift in redemptions in 2023 and a further 75% by YTD June 2025, a 35% reduction in manual work, a 62% open rate on top Ramadan newsletters and performance gains that put The ENTERTAINER on track to exceed the 60% redeemer growth target.
