ABS CBN, a leading Philippine media and entertainment company, faced slow, manual campaign creation and segmentation that made communications impersonal and took up to two weeks to execute. To modernize its customer lifecycle management, ABS CBN adopted MoEngage’s customer engagement platform, using capabilities such as segmentation, email, push notifications, journey orchestration, and analytics.
MoEngage implemented automated segmentation, omnichannel orchestration and customer analytics to build a 360° view of users, enabling ABS CBN to run 200+ campaigns with 450 ready segments across email, push and on-site messages. As a result, MoEngage helped ABS CBN lift retention from about 80% to 92%, cut churn from 8.7% to 7.6% in challenging months, and contribute an average of 59% of new users onboarded per quarter.
