Pendo partnered with Moderne Communications to boost brand awareness and generate leads at SaaStr Annual. Pendo’s challenge was to create memorable, hospitality‑driven touchpoints that guided attendees to their booth and showcased their user‑centric spirit; Moderne Communications answered with experiential marketing services including pedicabs, street teams, and removable media.

Moderne Communications executed targeted activations around the conference—larger‑than‑life pink Pendo Dino statues, Pendo arrow wayfinding, free cupcakes and pedicab rides, and street teams directing attendees to the Pendo booth—driving traffic and engagement. The campaign delivered 3.5 million+ estimated in‑person impressions, 580,000+ social impressions, 500 unique pedicab ride interactions and 350 pedicab rides, successfully increasing Pendo’s visibility and booth visits.
