Proximus, the largest telecommunications company in Belgium, sought to modernize its substantial Learning & Development program for over 14,000 employees. Their challenge was to make training more personalized, cost-effective, and relevant by digitizing their processes. To achieve this, they partnered with vendor MobieTrain to implement its mobile microlearning tool to complement their existing offerings.

MobieTrain provided a mobile-first, microlearning solution that served as an entry point for further training and offered standalone, gamified modules for onboarding and technical knowledge. The vendor also co-created a bespoke digital coaching tool integrated with the learning platform for greater personalization. The results were highly successful, including an 82% engagement rate, a 20% increase in test scores, and a 93% user adoption rate, allowing Proximus to effectively digitize and enhance its employee development.
