Suiteness is a remote-first marketplace that makes booking multi-room hotel suites affordable for families and groups by connecting hotels’ connecting rooms to consumers and partners like Booking.com, Vrbo and Airbnb. Their biggest challenge is onboarding hotel inventory: many hotels are indifferent or lack time and technical skill to add connecting rooms, creating a cold-start problem that limits bookings and revenue unless inventory is easy to enter and verify.

Suiteness built an extranet, distribution partnerships and hands-on support to simplify onboarding, and they use Mixpanel to track key signals (extranet activity, inventory uploads, ADR and revenue per available room) so teams stay aligned. The approach pays off: Suiteness consistently delivers the highest ADR for hotels, with average bookings about five times larger than other partners, and is steadily scaling toward its goal of listing every connecting room in the U.S.
