Tactiq, an AI-powered note-taking tool for Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, needed a way to understand fast-changing user behavior, test product ideas quickly, and align teams around the same data as it scaled rapidly. Mixpanel became the center of Tactiq’s data stack, helping the company track growth from its first 10,000 Chrome extension installs while supporting product-led growth across product, marketing, engineering, and customer success.
Using Mixpanel, Tactiq built a “probe, sense, respond” decision loop, analyzed funnels, cohorts, retention, and group analytics, and used those insights to launch new features like previous meeting summaries. With Mixpanel, Tactiq scaled from 10,000 to more than 1 million users, improved decision speed to hours instead of weeks, and used the data to support a $10M Series A and drive product-led sales expansion.
