By instrumenting every property with Mixpanel, the team gained cross‑platform insights, granular video engagement data and A/B test results that drove a shift toward community‑ and issue‑based messaging, optimized ads and merchandise, and improved outreach to key voter groups. The approach generated $1.5M in the first 24 hours, $61M from digital ads overall, and helped translate web data into a digital hub that contributed to more than 13 million votes and a lasting grassroots movement.
