Boll & Branch, the luxury bedding and home textiles retailer, needed a simpler, more usable product analytics platform to better understand website behavior and improve conversions. Its previous tool, Amplitude, made reporting hard to interpret, forcing the team to spend too much time exporting and reformatting data instead of acting on insights.

Using Mixpanel, Boll & Branch built clearer dashboards to analyze navigation, content engagement, and product-page behavior, and used those insights to redesign its product pages. The changes led to higher add-to-cart and conversion rates, stronger engagement with website content and image carousels, and better selection of product variants such as colors and options.
