Facing a strategic shift toward product-led growth and business users, the team needed richer, self-serve analytics to improve activation — the “aha” moment when new users import or sign their first document — and make data-driven decisions across acquisition, activation, retention and revenue.
Using Mixpanel’s Dashboards, Flows and Funnels since 2014, Signeasy analyzed user journeys, built campaign dashboards, and optimized onboarding (one-click email verification and moving “Files” to a prominent position). Within 30 days these changes cut email verification drop-off from 22% to 17%, raised signup→document import from 56% to 65%, and increased overall new-user activation from 48% to 55% (a 15% lift).
