EasyPark drives up conversions with Mixpanel, helping users discover and book parking

EasyPark is a mobile app that helps drivers in cities across Europe and Australia discover and book parking. The teams needed the app to be fast and frictionless—especially in peak seasons—and struggled with fragmented, time-consuming analytics across Google Analytics, ad platforms, spreadsheets and BI tools, which made it hard to pinpoint why many users downloaded but never activated the app.

By integrating Mixpanel, EasyPark centralized its data, uncovered a critical drop-off during registration, and optimized onboarding and in-app features (including removing an unnecessary field and prioritizing the map). The changes drove a 33% decrease in median time from app open to registration, a 20% jump in registrations, a 14% increase in completion rate from registration to parking, and a 25% increase in call-to-action exposure and invite page views via Notifications.
