A Mitel Case Study
Mitel worked with the Louvre‑Lens museum, a contemporary institution seeking future‑ready communications to match its modern architecture. The museum needed a flexible solution that could adapt to architectural and operational constraints and that would let IT coordinate network and telecom resources across administration, building management, customer services and the resources center.
Mitel deployed a modern IP communications platform with SIP/XML integration, mobility options (DECT, DECT SIP, Wi‑Fi), a wide range of terminals and collaboration tools, plus layered security, resilience and encryption. The result was simple‑to‑use technology, enhanced system security and overall modernization of the museum’s communications.
