Schloss Fuschl, A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, is a 5-star resort on Lake Fuschl in Austria known for its golf course, spa and upscale amenities. The resort faced an aging communications infrastructure—frequent malfunctions, failing hardware, scarce spare parts and unreliable booking and front-office applications—that left its 900 users across multiple properties and services needing a modern, integrated system with high availability and long-term support.

Working with a local integration partner, Schloss Fuschl deployed the OpenScape 4000 IP system, virtualized existing hardware and added OpenScape Contact Center and OpenScape Alarm Response (OScAR). The hybrid solution preserved current devices while future-proofing communications, reduced operational costs, improved guest and staff communications, enhanced security and delivered the stability and availability required across the resort.
